and we pride ourselves on the use of local fresh produce.
A starter item to tempt you: Grilled Flat Mushrooms
stuffed with Bacon and Herbs in a Blue Cheese Dressing.
Our mains are made with the best meat cuts and freshest
seafood. To tantalize your taste buds: succulent Rack
of Lamb with Rosemary and Honey on Creamy Sautéed
Leeks, with seasoned Potato Mash; local Salmon baked
with Herbs & Lemon, on Cous Cous with a lemon butter
sauce; To finish, one of our delicious country desserts:
Triple Chocolate Stack Layers of dark and white almond
fudge drenched in a chocolate & berry sauce.
